I think we need a little perspective here.
The BBC is the biggest broadcaster in the world, BBC News is received by every home in Britain and also in many other countries, Enemy/Web were announced by press conference followed by the screening of 2 episodes, the news of their discovery was on the front page of almost every newspaper, after receiving that level of publicity do people seriously think that the announcement of further missing episodes will be made by Phil on Twitter to a few hundred followers???
It's not as simple as Phil saying yes or no, the BBC announced the last 9 episodes so why should it be any different in the future whether it's 1 or 97 more, the BBC are the most effective to announce anything for maximum publicity, even if Phil did announce something the first thing everyone would do would be to run to the BBC for confirmation.
If Phil has found more missing episodes and the BBC are aware of such then the fact that no further episodes have been announced is because the BBC are not ready to announce them yet, if the BBC are not aware of more finds (unlikely) then he's hardly going to tell us before he lets them know.
I think the BBC are thinking of the bigger picture rather than a few fans who have worked themselves into a frenzy because they think that they are entitled to know everything that is going on
