I couldn't find anything, anywhere about this, Kaleidoscope have kindly advised it was made by Harlech Television. Know you all like a challenge, can anyone find out if it was a Drama, Comedy, Documentary or something else? Also if you can find out who was in it and even locate it.. www.lostshows.com/default.aspx?search=confessions+of+a+chatter-upper

John when I asked Kaleidoscope which channel made this, they said Harlech, but when I replied great!..was it Drama. Comedy or Documentary, they replied.. "no idea"...so they do not know much about this either, yes it is listed as Existence Unknown, but if it's existence is unknown, it is not known to Exist or be Missing, yet to be confirmed either way, but with the current status of Existence Unknown, it may turn out to be Missing, especially if currently no-one knows what genre of programme this is...when I said above "or something else", it could easily be a pilot for a Gameshow, an Interview programme, a Musical, a Religious programme or a Talkshow special.. this is why it's over to the members and guests looking in, to see if we can find out as much as we can, all help gratefully received..

Simon,
I checked my TV Times DVD for the 27/02/69, now although it was a Granada Region TV Times, (it had Harlech TV details)... but I could find no sign of any Harlech TV programme with that title for that date. I then checked other regions but nothing to be found.

William, many thanks, I will email Kaleidoscope about this, I too, have something to report, yesterday I emailed the Glamorgan Gazette, which is based in Cardiff, which was the home of Harlech, asking them to check the television schedule for Thursday 27/2/69 and relay to me any details for this programme.. once again William..magnificent research on your part!!! also thanks for your post of yesterday on 65 Stv Missing Shows thread...invaluable info..

Seriously-nice to see someone else making a mistake.I'm still trying to live down emailing Network about their release of 'Hugh and I'! (It's actually Simply who are releasing it). There goes my idea that 'Confessions of a Chatter-Upper' was just a working-title... There doesn't seem to have been much faith in the programme, given that it wasn't networked, had no write-up,and was shown at that time-though I'm guessing that it would have had to be post-watershed.

Hi John, I've learnt so much from making mistakes I'm thinking of making a few more but in the meantime I don't know if a Harlech region TV Times was ever produced? but if so maybe they would have had an article about the programme in there?

A bit of serendipity here, since Simon Moreby has discovered an episode of 'At Her Majesty's Pleasure' as a result of the title appearing in the TV listing William posted!

Unfortunately it's not an entirely new find, just an upgrade, but that's still very welcome.
