There's definitely some kind of rift in Time once we cross the threshold of Christmas Day... I see that Will has gone for Episode One of Power too and having just re-read the novelisation (yes, finally got a copy a while ago without re-mortgaging!) I don't think I could stop at just one tape - I want the whole story. However, I've already voted for Episode One and will stick with it as the taster of what was to come and of course in itself Power has one of the best ever plots with the chilling refrain << I am your servant >> echoing down those empty corridors of Vulcan... I've noticed a lot of people have chosen The Power of the Daleks Episode One. I'm going to try and read the novel in the new year, because I managed to get a copy back in June. I'll be listening to it some time in the new year (I completed my missing episode audio collection this Christmas). I know basically nothing about it, but what little I do know suggests we're in for one heck of a good story! I'd vote for my one can but I still haven't listened to half the missing stories so it's hardly a fair vote. However, if I had to make an early choice it would have to be an episode of Macra Terror. It might just be because it was the first missing story I listened to, but I think it's a brilliant story and that it's a real shame no episodes exist from it.

Same John, Just a shame that some of the Dicks later ones were rushed and very thin

I used to uniquely want Fury from the Deep 6, most scary episode ever and a poignant ending too...but now...ooh, Wheel in Space 1 would do too, love that robot and, as ever, some great moments with Patrick Troughton (except possibly the "Ow my head" bit). Can I have both, in the same tin?

Either the Knight of Jaffa or the Warlords, the BBC would have to release it as it would only be one out four missing now.
Out of those two I think the Warlords, there is a lot going on. It would be good to see Ian's escape from confinement in the desert, Barbara in the harem, and the TARDIS crews escape from Leicester.

So I asked Santa nicely for a can of Power of the Daleks episode 1, and what does he leave me instead? The Space Pirates episode 6. It's hardly got any Troughton in it at all - the cheap skate! It's going straight in the bin with all those other cans with the grumpy white haired Doctor I got last year. Happy hunting and may 2015 bring us a Macra (now that's a dream crap) or two.

Well when isn't someone trying to come onto Barabara. It's an easy villain trait in the firs two series; that guy is after Barbara he must be a villain!

Yep,even a bloke reduced to eating his own boots in a hut nestled in an icepack!
