What's the betting this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR4ZfCh601k is from the only known episode, out of thirty? From a reference on Genome, some of these,at least, seem to have run for only 10 minutes.

The link doesn't lead to anything, unfortunately.

Yes, looks like a domestic recording (similar to a couple of Jazz Scenes posted on there). Lost Shows lists 29 out of 30 editions missing but I don't know if this is the existing one or an additional show (Tracey and co. seem to appear in more than one).
Sheesh! Another quality jazz series decimated.

I think that one exists as a t/r at the BBC because I seem to recall clips being used in the Jazz Britannia series (if it's the performance I think it is). Amazing, sublime playing from Joe Harriott there too!!

It would actually be quite useful, where the paperwork exists,to list missing shows such as 'In the Cool' with the title of at least the first number-in this case 'What the World Needs Now'.Jolly Japes on Youtube, where commentators are trying to reconcile the opening number with the tune to 'In the Cool,Cool,Cool,of the Evening'!
Added: Tremendous,Ray.Much appreciated!
