The Kaleidoscope/BFI documentary "The Native Hue of Resolution", as premiered at the BFI last December is to be released on DVD, but funding assistance is required in order to make this a bells-and-whistles 2-disc set with extra footage from missing shows. If you would like to support this project, please click here to make a pledge.Pledges of £20 or more will get you a copy of the DVD when it's released, or an invitation to an exclusive launch event next year. Please consider adding your support - the project needs to get to £4,000 by Sunday, and it is a lovely piece of work.

Why by Sunday? In return for some advice given I was going to get a copy of the first cut so I could see it, but I never heard back...

Kickstarter always makes you set a deadline for raising the pledges. I assume the work to compile the second disc would need to start as soon as possible, hence needing to know whether it's going ahead.

We have reached our pledge target. I saw Rory yesterday and he pointed out that if the target is exceeded we could do a dual-layer disc, instead of a single-layer disc, so I'm hopeful people may pledge a little more.
The generosity and keeness of people to see the project is very encouraging.
Thank you all so much.

Great news, Chris!
I would suggest that anyone who is considering buying this at any point would be advised to put a pledge in. This is quite an unusual situation, in that the more people who pre-order, the better the end product will be!

Posts removed at authors' requests. Thank you; I really shouldn't post on Friday nights, when patience really needs recharging, if you catch my drift.
