There's also Resurrection of the Daleks.

Do the Abominable snowman inserts count?

I don't think the Resurrection film exists. There is though a VT transfer of the inserts which we did use. In fact Castrovalva, Black Orchid, Earthshock & Time-Flight inserts all exist & were used on the DVD's. And yes, Abominable Snowmen does count!

lol i stink at auctions. I was getting ready to snipe at 253 and it went for 275.00. I should have been thinking 301.00. If it goes to a good home, ill be happy... Is it one of us?

That really jumped up at the last second. What do you think of the result Steve?

Mark - I'm perfectly happy with it...
I've got some 35mm Pertwee title sequence reels that I may list next -- IIRC, at least one of them was an unused version...

I look forward to reading more, Steven!
I wonder when we'll next get a Hartnell episode on eBay?

We could very well go for years without seeing another Hartnell episode on ebay or even a Troughton (which I had been hoping for).
I hope that within the next week or so I can eat my hat with a slice of crow pie.

I think it's very telling that after the extremely high price that "Land of Fear" fetched, only one other episode found it's way onto ebay... What that says to me is that a) there aren't many out there and b) that anyone who has them wants to keep them...

They went for quite high prices - unless you've got loadsamoney you couldn't buy that sort of thing very often. If I was selling I'd list them at fairly wide spaced intervals.

Indeed. Which is why for many it's important to strike when the opportunity arises..

I'll know to hang on to any episodes that might come my way in future - I gave the last one I had to SteveS! Wonder how much an ep of the first Dalek story would have raised?
