So what was the name of the junk shop and what’s its address? I’ve visited York many times down the years… and I can’t think which shop’s being talked about.

Frankly, I think it’s all twaddle and not worth anyone’s time or consideration.

If it is stated that the matter is in hand, would just let it sit, as is being properly looked into is sounding like. I agree, name calling does no one any amount of good here. Thought we were all on the same page, as far as that sort of behavior goes? Of course, am quite interested ( as know many are here ) in getting to the bottom of this prospect.

On a side note. That Pizza recipe sounded delicious Greg!

Saw that news. The stills and imagery of that reel look fantastic. Really clean and doesn't look horribly damaged

Regarding the print of the Daleks I saw last week. I went back there, and sadly, the print was gone. I'm really disappointed by this, but I expect that whoever bought it will put it up on ebay soon, so keep your eyes open.

If someone's snapped it up they may well be eBaying it before long! Considering the price the last one raised!

Can you supply a member of the forum the shop info? Perhaps some of the other films he had were missing but not as valuable and we can have someone local check it out

Even if youre not comfortable posting the information publically, would you be willing to tell someone from the York area discretely the location who has experience checking film prints for other potentially missing ess valuable shows?
