Sounds interesting. Depends which editions they're showing though I suppose. Hopefully not too many '90s!

They are only showing '80s and '90s editions. Nothing much of interest to any of us sadly.

Unfortunately yes. I sent them an email and this is the message I received :

"At present the list is as below - though I do not yet have a full
synopsis of each. The ToTP will be shown own rotation in the Vintage
Mobile Cinema FREE on first come first served basis.

TOP OF THE POPS: 11/10/84 (Mike READ & Tommy VANCE present Alison Moyet,
Kim Wilde...)
TOP OF THE POPS: 18/10/84 (Gary Davies & Janice Long present Spandau
Ballet, Julian Lennon...)
TOP OF THE POPS: 28/06/90 (Gary Davies presents Snap, Maureen, Bob
Geldof...)
TOP OF THE POPS: 05/07/90 (Nicky Campbell presents Inspiral Carpets,
Double Trouble, Massivo, Janet Jackson...)"

I asked how come they were not showing any '60s or '70s and was told "the BBC have been unable to obtain the rights as hoped so we've had to adjust the screening accordingly."

I had to look that last one up: Maureen?

Thankfully, it's not her who was on Driving School, singing "I like driving in my car", someone else.
