That's interesting, the line up and songs are different to the ITN source archive listing!. Does this mean that the ITN source listing is wrong or did someone mix up the archive listing, pointing to more still existing?

Indeed, not only the first entry, but most of the song titles. BCR did not perform 'Raining in your heart' or 'Freedom Road', Barry Blue did not do 'Touch of your loving hand' and Eli Culbertson's song was not 'Mountain Boy'.
I could not identify the opener by Jigsaw (pre 'Skyhigh') despite having their 1975 album. Nor could I identify the Ayshea Brough titles. Perhaps these odd titles should be accredited to Jigsaw and Ayshea. I don't know. Perhaps I'll give it another play and see if any of their lyrics match. But, as you say, the first entry is way off the mark!

I was also entering hormone-charged adolescence as Ayshea hit the tv, like many of the contributors I suspect! I can remember her fooling around in a schoolgirl uniform on TOTP with Wizzard doing See My Baby Jive. I've not seen this on tv since, although there is a different studio TOTP version which is often shown. Has the Ayshea one been wiped ?

I think there's only one TOTP appearance existing for See My Baby Jive, which is from the Xmas show. Interesting memory of the appearance with Ayshea though, which I guess is long gone.

Ah, so many things just exist in the memory alas. But I live in hope that one day they will invent the Memorycorder and programmes could be recreated under hypnosis or something !

Very intruiged by the mention of "Ray Davies" on the November 12th 1969 edition.. however, since the Kinks were on a US tour at the time (and had been since mid-October) it seems unlikley it would be Ray Davies of The Kinks.. think it could be the trumpet player Ray Davies? http://www.discogs.com/artist/Ray+Davies+(3)

Yeh; stills exist of that show though as its one of few I clearly recalled. That was the one where Roy Wood had written 'Farewell'; a single for Ayshea; and she dressed up with a star on her head like him. His had an 'A' in the centre and hers an 'R'.
Think Roy took turns with her introducing. They chromokeyed shots of him behind treated to duplicate him like an orchestra.
When I asked the Archive selector of Granada she had no knowledge of the show being sold abroad either unfortunately. Roy Wood has said 'I'm not a retro' when asked so is probably not interested. Wonder about Ayshea though?

Missing details for the 24th December 1969 edition (Show 8).
It was broadcast at 1:50-2:25pm, which perhaps is the reason it’s been overlooked by various websites. The guests were Scaffold, Love Affair, John Walker and Ray Davies (That’s the song and dance man Ray Davies, not of The Kinks variety).

I believe, from what's around on wiki, etc, that Ayshea and Roy weren't actually an item at all, but it seemed to 'work' in a publicity stunt way. Although Ayshea's "Farewell" wasn't a hit so maybe the 'success' is qualified. The 'relationship' seemed to stop just after that, and it did seem at the time to be a bad reason for 'breaking up'.
Ayshea had a number of singles (and albums) before and after "Farewell", I do remember "Another without you day" being something that needed an abba style jazz-up.
