BBC say they have identical holdings for the Zappa material so it's incomplete.

Wow. This is really encouraging (to be honest as the list of identified items grew, so did my skepticism and my hopes that these actually would be found existing faded). It is a little embarrassing for the BFI to say the least!

There's quite a few Jackanory episodes. Anyone have a complete list of what's missing? The Lostshows index is more than slightly incomplete.

BFI lists having the story Anansi And The Tiger Stories which lostshows says is missing.

Seen several clips of this in various KW docs - looks like a colour t/r, from memory, or was it shot on film...?

Do we know if the other Magpie Specials that are listed e.g. Brooklands,Endangered Species,Dear Mum-Our Andrew,Elm Tree Farm,are included in the list of episodes?

I found the inserts of Endangered Species at Wessex last year. Wessex!!!! I believe they were a donation from Marwell Zoo (near Winchester), where the footage seems to have been shot.
